​Mission, Vision, & Guiding Principles:

Mission: The mission of the Hawthorn Middle North Library is to support the curriculum while inspiring curiosity, fostering a love of reading, and equipping students to think critically, inclusively, and responsibly. The library is a collaborative, vibrant, and inclusive space where every student and colleague feels empowered to read widely, think deeply, and engage thoughtfully in a connected world.

Vision: The Hawthorn Middle North Library envisions a community where every student has access to stories, skills, and spaces that spark curiosity, build confidence, and nurture a love of lifelong learning.

Guiding Principles:
